Order Processing Times
Although many of our items are made to order, most are processed within 72 hrs.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Ember & Elm is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking number. We are happy to assist where possible.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

International Shipping
