Thank you for supporting Ember & Elm. Each piece is thoughtfully crafted with care, and we appreciate your patience as we prepare your order.

Order Processing Times

Although many of our items are made to order, most are processed within 72 hrs.

  • Processing times vary by product and are listed on each product page.

  • Personalized items require additional production time.

  • Orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped.

  • Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Ember & Elm is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Item size and weight

  • Destination

  • Selected shipping method

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • Ember & Elm is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Ember & Elm is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking number. We are happy to assist where possible.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipping

At this time, Ember & Elm does not offer international shipping.
If international shipping is available:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to customs processing.
