Ember & Elm — Refund & Return Policy

At Ember & Elm, each piece is thoughtfully crafted with care and intention. Many of our items are made to order, and some are personalized specifically for you.

Personalized Items

Because personalized items are custom-made and unique to each customer, all personalized products are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Items with names, dates, initials, or custom text

• Custom designs or made-to-order engravings

Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order.

Non-Personalized Items

If your item is not personalized, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

• Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment, excluding original shipping fees.
